exactly as it appears today.
1 / Disclosure
All images with virtual enhancements will be labeled “Virtually Enhanced” in compliance with ethical real estate marketing standards. This ensures buyers understand the images have been digitally edited for marketing purposes and protects both the agent and photographer.
2 / Staging Consistency
Additional staged images of the same room will use the same overall design style, but furniture pieces and placement may vary between camera angles. Virtual staging is designed to create a cohesive look, but variations are normal.
3 / Style and Requests
Virtual enhancements are designed to improve marketability and help buyers see a property’s potential. To keep the process fast and cost-effective, enhancements are created in a clean, neutral style. Specific requests for colors, finishes, or design styles are not available. Images are delivered as shown and revisions are not included.
