INTERIORS & EXTERIORS
My real estate photos are taken using HDR technology with five exposures, two stops apart, using a Sony a7Rii full-frame mirrorless camera and a Sigma 14-24mm f/2.8 full-frame wide-angle art lens. Multiple angles are taken of each room.
All photos are then edited in Lightroom by blending in L/R Enfuse, correcting any vertical or horizontal issues, adjusting white balance and making tonal adjustments to exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, blacks, clarity, vibrance, saturation, hue and luminance in order to achieve my bright, clear & vivid style.
Images are then exported to Photoshop for any final adjustments including guaranteed blue skies and glare-free televisions.
AERIALS
Multiple photos are taken at varying angles and altitudes (up to 400 feet) with a DJI Mavic Air 2 Drone.

Drone flying is dependent on weather conditions at the time of shoot. Drone flying cannot take place in controlled or restricted airspace (usually near airports).

FLOOR PLANS
The entire home is scanned with my iPhone using LIDAR technology (including all levels, basement, attached garage, porch and deck). Measurements are accurate within 97%.
